Pearson is known for providing relevant instruction to audiences diverse in age and skill level. His teaching style includes class interaction and plenty of real world examples, especially dissecting actual accident investigations.
“There are way too many accidents on the roads, and my experience investigating causation has shown that most are avoidable,” said Pearson. “It is my intention to raise risk awareness, teach and evaluate techniques for improvement, and inspire students to make safety a priority every time they get behind the wheel.”
A longtime board member for the Washington State Training, Safety, and Officers Section Board, Pearson was recently honored with an invitation to continue service. His dedication to safety amidst workplace demands makes him an ideal addition to the IAPD team.
“I look forward to helping IAPD clients establish a culture of safe driving throughout their organizations,” said Pearson.
